Terms of Service

1. I have the right to refuse any commission without question.2. I only accept PayPal for payment! Payment is in USD. I do not do work for exposure.3. Prices are non-negotiable and I will not lower prices unless I feel it is appropriate for the specific commission.4. No refunds after payment unless I am no longer able to fulfill the request or the commission is cancelled before I started working. I will refund the exact amount I received, which will result in a small percentage being lost to PayPal fees.5. Please be prepared when you message me for a commission! This means having a reference sheet (digital preferred) available, as well as exactly what you want in mind (commission type, pose, mood, etc.)6. You may ask for adjustments during the process of your commission, however, please don't ask for any drastic changes after I send a final product.7. You have the right to ask for process shots at any time after I start your commission. Please be aware that I am busy, so give some time for me to respond. Also, please do not message me excessively for updates.8. Once the final work is in your hands, it is for personal use only! do not resell it or claim it as your own! I do not allow commercial usage unless discussed beforehand, which will result in a commercial use fee. You may post the piece on socials, use as a pfp, etc, as long as credit is given. Personal prints are allowed.9. I retain the rights to the completed artwork, meaning I am allowed to post it on my own socials, use it as an example, and publicly display the work. If you wish to keep the artwork private, inform me.10. If you have any questions, please let me know! :)

terms of service

1. after you have paid for the character i will not offer refunds.2. you may resell the character for the same price at which you bought it. you may NOT sell it for higher unless additional art is provided.3. if you purchase and immediately resell you will be blocked.4. i will not make changes to the design. you are free to alter the reference sheet to your liking as long as the changes do not include any discriminatory content.5. credit for the character is not necessary, but extremely appreciated. credits should be given to 'pumpkinfetti'.6. credit is heavily discouraged when the character is used in an NSFW context. do not credit me if the character is being used for anything like that.7. when reselling, let me know. the new owner should be informed of the TOS and agree to it.if there is something you are unsure about, just ask!
